A Tender Stay in the City
good pastries excellent service helpful staff
i found the breakfast in tyburn kitchen quite good (especially the pastries!). freddie, rafa, and teresa provided excellent service. gibrael, prashant, and mihaela were very helpful in the executive lounge. javier, the duty manager, always ensures my stays are excellent.
the happy hour food in the executive lounge could use a little improvement in quality.

the hotel is conveniently near mini markets and a pharmacy. it is also located across from marks and spencer and a bakery, convenient for shopping. the edgware road underground station provides quick access to attractions.

the room was huge (it was a superior family room) and very clean. the check-out staff was also friendly. i found the reception staff cute.

large room queen beds dietary needs
The room felt large with two queen beds. Breakfast included many options and it accommodated my dietary needs. The staff were very kind. They attempted to meet all requests.
The room decor looked dated. There was wear and tear in the bathroom. I noticed peeling paint and some rust.

low shower pressure used bed duvet
The breakfast had a nice variety of foods available. It was acceptable.
The shower pressure was really low. I requested an extra blanket, and they left a used bed duvet in the corner of my room. That was odd. The plug in the basin jammed, and I couldn't drain out the water.
